I shouldn't tell! But this place is the best deal in Delray Beach!!! My husband and I stop in to have a cold one and a sandwich while there working on our house. It's always a pleasure.

This is the second year that we chose O'Conner's for the St. Patty Day Parade pub crawl. Divey to the X degree, but just the place I want to sip a Guinness while listening to the Bag Pipes. This joint gets a little "hands on" for the female patrons if they do not have a large enough "personal security" as in big bad firefighters. (yes, that is coming from a chick fire fighter, I know). Our 2nd night visit was cut short when a little guy decided he was going to get all hands on and came face to face with our group's big boy. It took the drunk a minute to realize he was going to loose terribly. We will be back next year. I come with enough reinforcement, not to be worried. Thank you for supporting the St. Patty's Day Parade. We are very grateful.

A fun dive joint. Small inside. Outdoor tables. Street parking. Off the beaten path. Cool bartenders. Cheap drinks.

This was one of the scheduled stops on our pub crawl and I'm glad it was. On a Saturday night they had a band and lively crowd. The place was packed. The drinks were not watered down and served in a clear solo cup. I'd definitely go again.

Classy dive joint. The bartenders are awesome. They show all the Phins games. Smoking inside and out. It's the best little secret in Delray.

Over the weekend, a friend and I came wondering into this bar. It was still early for drinking (depending on who you ask), so the crowd was light. We walked in and had a seat at the bar. We ordered our drinks and continued to chat. Looking around this bar, it is decorated with some cool classic memorabilia. The environment of the bar is very casual and laid back. For some reason, I love little bars like this. It seems like those places where everyone knows each other. It gives a nice vibe. Overall, there is not much to this bar. It is a casual Irish pub around the corner from the crowded Atlantic Ave. It is laid back with a chill atmosphere.

I'm only ever here after midnight, and when I am, we're shuttin' it down. Low key cozy bar with a decent selection of beer and full bar selection. Occasionally there's a live band (how they fit it in, I'll never know), but usually it's just the house mix playing. No elitism-- it's "come as you are" and popular among many of the folks who work in the hospitality industry in the downtown area. A little loud, a little brash, but definitely an improvement on some of the bars on the Ave.

In a town that has become over the top trendy, this has become the only "real" bar in Delray and the only place where they know how to pour a Guinness! Yes, the atmosphere is dank, rank and stanky but that's the real beauty of this local dive bar, decent bands on the weekends and surprisingly good lunches during the weekdays. Lots of great locals passively hanging until the "children" show up late at night...a great bar for all....see you there!

May have been cool at one time, but now this place smells like pee and cigarettes and is always filled with losers... You probably cant find a dirtier bar in South fl.... I'm all for low key dive bars, but you cant pay me to hang out here... There are defiantly other places, with better better beer selections. Don't waste your time!

I used to come here a lot when I lived in south Florida. Recently, I visited from out of town and noticed that this place went downhill. The crowd consisted of mainly older people and was super crowded on the weekend. The bartenders here were really awesome back when I lived in south Florida. However, I can't say anything about them these days, since I didn't recognize most of the staff when I visited recently. I'm giving it 3 stars because it's possible that some days it might still be like it was when I lived in the neighborhood (a decent mix of all types, good music, and incredibly nice bartenders).

For the cheapest drinks in Delray Beach go to O'Connor's. The crowd is usually a little older with some younger people showing up once in awhile. It's a pretty fun little neighborhood hangout and people are usually letting loose.
